What we collect

When you request early access, we collect what you type into the form: your email address and, if you choose, your name, company, the sectors you bid on and your message. We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use it

We use your details to reply to you, set up your account and alerts, and tell you about TenderSmart. We don’t sell or rent your data. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.

Where it goes

The site runs on Cloudflare. Form submissions are checked by Cloudflare Turnstile to block bots and delivered to our inbox by email. We keep your details for as long as you have an account or an open enquiry with us.

Your rights

Under Singapore’s PDPA and Malaysia’s PDPA you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data. Email hello@tendersmart.app and we’ll respond within 30 days.

Tender information

Tender details in our alerts come from public government sources. We link to the official portals for documents and bidding.
